How Chief Osamede Adun Aka Bob Izua Scammed Me : Italy Based Edo Woman

A middle aged Italy based Edo Woman, Mrs Gladys Amadin Costantino, the Lady President of Together in God’s Family Care Foundation has taken to social media to expose a popular Edo chief, transporter and business mogul, the Aiyobahan of Benin Kingdom, Chief Osamede Adun, who also goes by the alias, Bob Izua.

Mrs Gladys Amadin alleged the Chief defrauded her a sum of $500 USD which he requested as an upfront payment to assist the victim retrieve her properties which was withheld by a business partner in Nigeria.

In a video streamed online, Mrs Gladys Amadin displayed transaction receipt showing John Osamede Adun as the recipient of a money transfer she alleged was sent to the chief.

Narrating how the incident occurred, Mrs Amadin explained how it began in 2006 when she took a loan from an Italian bank to start up a trailer business in Nigeria. She’d employed the services of one Mr Osazee Obasogie, who was surety’d by former house of assembly member, Chris Okaeben.

The agreement was that Mr Osazee Obasogie takes delivery of a Meecedes Benz, BMW and a trailer Mrs Amadin would ship to Nigeria, sell and make remittance of the capital and profit. After several months of Mr Osazee taking delivery of the properties, he stopped communicating with the owner, neither did he make any remittances. Mrs Amadin said she had to approach Chief Osamede Adun, bought him shoe gifts worth €450 euros and explained her predicament to him.

The later informed her he was traveling to the United States on holiday and would address the situation when he got back to Nigeria.

While in the US, Chief Osamede Adun made contact with the victim, asked her to send a $500 USD fee for a job that would be done when he gets back to Nigeria, which she obliged.

Two days after arriving in Nigeria, Mrs Amadin put a call across to the Chief, for him to commence the retrieval of her property from her business partner, but the chief came up with flimsy excuses. She continued to contact him, since she already paid for the job, but he avoided her call. It became apparent that she has been swindled by the chief.

Since she had no means to confront a powerful and influential chief in Edo State, she did nothing and only hoped for a day when she would be able to find help.

Opportunity however came in April 2023, when the chief was connected to a messy internet call out, where his estranged eldest daughter, Mrs Isoken Idahosa is said to have spilled some family secrets to one Mr Frank, who in turn took to social media to accuse the chief of several atrocities and connection to certain deaths in Edo State.

Lending her voice to Mr Frank and  confirming the personality of Chief Osamede Adun, Mrs Amadin took to Facebook to narrate her encounter with the said chief.
